Shelf-life and Storage Condition
- 6 months for 200ml & 500ml and 9 months for 1L.
- Store at ambient room temperature away from sunlight in a cool and dry place.
- Once opened, keep refrigerated between 4° C – 6° C and use within 4 day.

Recipe Idea: Chai ya Maziwa (Milk Tea)
Description:
Chai ya maziwa is a staple beverage in many Tanzanian households, commonly enjoyed during breakfast or with snacks like maandazi or chapati. ASAS UHT Full Cream Milk gives it a rich and creamy taste while maintaining its authentic flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups ASAS UHT Full Cream Milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tsp black tea leaves (or 2 tea bags)
  • 2 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
  • ½ tsp ground cardamom (optional, for extra flavor)
  • 1 small cinnamon stick (optional)
  • ½ tsp grated fresh ginger (optional, for spiced tea)
Instructions:
  1. In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil and add tea leaves. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add ASAS UHT Full Cream Milk and continue simmering for another 3-5 minutes.
  3. Stir in sugar, cardamom, cinnamon, or ginger, if using. Let it simmer for 1 more minute.
  4. Strain the tea into cups and serve hot with maandazi, chapati, or vitumbua.
