natural sweetness of the mango and the richness of yogurt.
Ingredients:
• 1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
• 1 cup ASAS Yogurt (plain or flavored)
• 1/2 cup cold water or ice cubes
• 1 tbsp honey (optional, for extra sweetness)
• 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon (optional, for added flavor)
• Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
1. In a blender, combine the chopped mango, ASAS Yogurt, cold water or ice cubes, honey, and cinnamon.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add more water to achieve your desired
